These terms and policies describe the participation requirements for DCTicketCharge.com and its promotional/event support service policies. The owners of trademarked names and merchandise used in our site do not sponsor and have not endorsed this site, nor are they affiliated with DCTicketCharge.com in any way. IN NO EVENT WILL DCTICKETCHARGE.COM’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO ANY USER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED $500.
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and DCTicketCharge.com in connection with general registration on DCTicketCharge.com and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this Agreement will remain in force. No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this Agreement will act as a waiver of such rights.
SECURITY. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, DCTicketCharge.com has used appropriate industry standard procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, such as firewall, encryption, token authentication, application proxies, monitoring technology, and adaptive analysis of network traffic to track abuse of our network and its data. However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, DCTicketCharge.com cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us or from our sponsors and you do so at your own risk.
